New Castle/Pittsburgh/Meadville, PA – Charles M. Mallick, CPA, has been elected to the Partnership of Carbis Walker LLP, Certified Public Accountants & Consultants. He is a member of Carbis Walker LLP's Tax and Construction & Real Estate Services Teams.  With over twenty years of experience, his focus has been providing tax services to closely held businesses and individual clients.  In addition to construction & real estate, he provides tax services for health care and manufacturing based clients as well.  Mallick is responsible for the overall coordination and review of the Firm's business tax return compliance and IRS audits.

His background includes over twelve years experience with a national CPA firm specializing in providing tax services to closely held and emerging construction and manufacturing clients.  He has extensive multi-state corporate tax experience and represented clients before various state taxing authorities and the Multi-State Tax Commission.

Mallick has also worked as a corporate tax analyst for a Fortune 500 food manufacturer and distribution company with world-wide operations, where he focused on multi-state tax compliance, planning, and corporate restructuring.

He is a member of the Pennsylvania and American Institutes of Certified Public Accountants, the Associated Builders and Contractors Association, and the Construction Financial Management Association.  Chuck is a graduate of Slippery Rock University where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.  He resides in Patterson Township, Pennsylvania, with his wife Rowie and their two children.
