Pittsburgh/New Castle/Meadville/ Erie, PA/Boardman, OH – Carbis Walker LLP, Certified Public Accountants & Consultants, has selected Annette G. Kosmowski, CPA as their Chief Operating Officer.  A member of the Firm for the past twelve years, Kosmowski was selected to oversee the general administrative operations of the Firm on a day-to-day basis, as well as assist with long range planning.  She works closely with the Firm’s Managing Partner and Operating Committee to assure proper implementation of the financial and operational functions of the Firm.

Kosmowski was previously a member of the Firm’s Tax Team, and was also the key individual responsible for organizing and coordinating scheduling of all team members relative to job engagements firmwide.

A graduate of Westminster College, Kosmowski is a member of the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the ATHENA PowerLink, and the Treasurer for the Rotary Youth Leadership Association (RYLA) – District 7280.  She is an adjunct professor of Accounting at Westminster College.  She resides in Mercer, Pennsylvania with her husband and two children.
