Pittsburgh/New Castle/Meadville, PA – Brian Kassalen, CPA, a Partner with Carbis Walker LLP, Certified Public Accountants & Consultants, graduated from the RSM McGladrey Network Partner Development Program on January 7 in Orlando. The Partner Development Program includes 6 three-day sessions held over 18 months to develop future CPA firm leaders emphasizing leadership development and business development.

Over the past six years, 113 professionals from 44 accounting and consulting firms in the U.S., Canada, and Puerto Rico have completed this program. The 2010 class includes 20 partners from 16 firms.
RSM McGladrey Network, in partnership with the Center for Character-based Leadership and Rainmaker Academy, offers this program to develop participants’ core competencies and character to effectively lead their firms and serve their clients.
