Mike Bshero has been with Carbis Walker LLP for thirty-one years. He is the Firm’s Automotive Dealer Services Coordinator. He also serves as the Firm’s Partner-in-Charge of the New Castle office. Throughout his career with the Firm he has focused on serving the needs of privately held, family owned businesses and franchises.

He has particular expertise in serving the auto dealership industry. He has been involved in the acquisitions and selling of dealerships. He has also assisted dealerships in coordinating and reviewing internal controls, performed operational reviews, developed pay plans for department managers and top salesmen, as well as providing tax planning and compliance services.

He is a magna cum laude graduate of Youngstown State University, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a major in Accounting. Mike is a member of the Pennsylvania Automobile Association, the Greater Pittsburgh Automobile Dealers Association, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Tax Practice Division of AICPA, and is a member of the PICPA Tax Committee. Mike also serves on the Board of Directors for the New Castle YMCA. He is the Firm’s Partner-in-Charge of the New Castle Office, and a member of the Firm’s Executive Committee, which governs policy and procedure for Carbis Walker LLP.
